In 2003, North Coast Management (NCM) was created with the original mission of providing the vacation rental management and rental programs for a single vacation home, Villa Castellamonte. The owners of the villa determined that there were no dedicated professional firms capable of effectively managing, staffing, marketing and renting a villa of this caliber. So they created North Coast Management.

Since that first single villa, NCM has been recognized for the high levels of professionalism and expertise in the growing rental business in the Dominican Republic. The highly successful travel team at NCM has since grown the company to represent many of the finest individual properties and resorts along the north coast. And as the market leader in the Dominican Republic, we have grown an extensive worldwide network of affiliates who help provide us with quality rental clients for our owners’ properties.

We are very interested in helping you understand and effectively manage your Dominican Republic vacation home. But our goal is NOT to manage it for ever. We will teach you how to interview staff, effectively retain a property manager, locate skilled maintenance people, qualify and vet security staff and more. Basically, we will teach you what you need to know to be self sufficient...like a consultant of sorts.

If you want us to manage your property forever, we are happy and more than capable of doing so. But we prefer if you handle it yourself since you will save money in literally all aspects of your property. Honestly, we are property owners ourselves so we know how much you can save! We want to teach you how to do it as well!
