North Coast Management, S.A. is incorporated under the laws of the Dominican Republic, located in Cabrera, to provide a comprehensive suite of professional real estate, property management and villa rental services.  Our services are designed to fulfill the unique needs of offshore investments in private home rentals, luxury rental villas, condominiums, hotels/resorts and raw development land owned by non-Dominican individuals or entities.  Our primary clients are the owners and investors in Dominican Republic real estate who need the assurance of a full-time, dedicated and professional management company.

North Coast Management specializes in vacation rentals of luxury resorts and residences on the northern coast of the Dominican Republic.
